    From Me to You 🤍

    Hello from Wrangell, Alaska.

We are tucked into the harbor for two nights, waiting out a storm moving through Southeast. We came this way to connect with friends and share Reiki healing sessions, and what a gift this time has been.

The healing has been potent and powerful. It is one of my highest joys and greatest honors to participate in the journey of expansion with so many of you. I welcome more and more of these opportunities into my life and am delighted to be sharing a distance healing session this evening as well.

Personally, this has been a time of deep shifts and ego death.

Awakening to storylines and survival mechanisms that no longer serve in this timeline. Grieving the death and loss of those parts, while honoring that they helped me get where I am today.

The ego has a difficult time letting go. Trusting. Entering into a lived state of faith and flow.

Even with an abundance of lived experiences showing me the blessings that exist within the flow, the ego still wants to define, control, and protect.

Does any of this sound familiar?

It has been a bit of mental and emotional gymnastics this past week. Seeing the parts of ourselves that are difficult to look at and pouring love and compassion over them anyway.

Honoring them. Thanking them. And allowing them to release when they no longer serve.

There is something profound about opening ourselves to the highest expansion and expression of who we are in this life. Allowing ourselves to receive the gifts and abundance that exist within the flow, rather than continually trying to define what that flow should look like.

A profound part of my own life is expressed through sharing healing and connection with others on their journeys. Thank you so much for being part of that.

This week’s video is a little different.

Inspired by one of my healing sessions this week, and a conversation I find myself having often with women, I sat down to talk about hormonal changes through perimenopause and menopause.

Whole-body health and healing also means caring for this physical body, our vessel through this life. In the video I share some of my own experience, along with practices around sleep, nutrition, movement, stress and nervous system support that may be helpful during this season of change.

If you’re in this stage of life, you may find something supportive there. And if you’re not, feel free to share it with a woman in your life who may be.

And with that, something new is beginning to take shape…

Many of you have been asking me about a retreat.

I am officially in the planning stages.

I am currently working to secure lodging and explore the logistics of winter travel to Tenakee Springs, Alaska, where I feel deeply called to share this experience.

Tenakee is a tiny Southeast Alaska community centered around a natural hot springs bathhouse, tucked into the wild beauty of Chichagof Island. There is something about the energy there that is difficult to put into words. The quiet. The water. The forest. The mountains. The opportunity to step away from the noise and simply be.

I am envisioning an intimate healing and restorative retreat during winter 2026/27, with space intentionally kept small.

If something in you lights up when you read this, I would love to hear from you.

Please reply to this email and let me know you’re interested in receiving more information about the Tenakee Springs retreat. I will be sending an inquiry form to those who feel called as the details begin to come together.

For now, I’m listening. Trusting. And allowing this next piece to reveal itself.

With love from a stormy harbor in Wrangell,

    Audrey
